Tourists visiting Cartagena had no app built around their experience (favorites, planning by date, local recommendations): the existing tools were designed for tourism businesses, not for visitors.

I led the Flutter development end to end: app architecture, tourist-centered UX design and technical coordination of the project.

I designed the flows (favorites, calendar, sharing routes) around how a tourist discovers Cartagena, instead of a typical booking admin panel.
